Their existing website was available in English only, and lacked the informative content, enhanced functionality and positive user experience that would be expected from such a reputable and successful company.
A multilingual website with bespoke Content Management and strong customer focus
We recommended a multilingual website with its own bespoke content management system that could recognise and update translated text in any language.
Working with the client team on this complex project, we scoped the detailed requirements, planned the information architecture and wrote the user requirement specifications. Once the structure of the site was agreed, we worked to a parallel design process and built the site in stages over a 12 month timeframe.
The website is flexible and intuitive, designed to accommodate multiple language character sets, as well as enabling designated ‘translators’ to be notified and action their own regular updates – ensuring that content is consistently applied around the world in the local language and reflecting local markets.
