Challenge: Increase visitors, enhance reputation and increase market share 

Scottfraser wanted to build on their growing reputation with a market-leading website that set them apart from their competitors.  With increasing competition in their area, and a reduced number of buyers in the market, it was important to stand out.  Scottfraser identified that winning a national award would support this process.

Solution: A bespoke Content Management System and SEO tools

A new Content Management System allowed the Scottfraser marketing team to create and manipulate online content, intuitively and immediately - And to focus that content on specific key phrases for Google and other search engines. 

Impact: Google ranking, enquiries and instructions increased

The new website quickly improved Google ranking, and enquiries and instructions soon increased.  The average property value in the sales portfolio is now 30% higher than before launch, and lettings enquiries have increased dramatically.

Scott Fraser won Gold in the Best UK Technology and Online category at the Sunday Times Letting Agency of the Year Award.
