Rotork needed to improve the support to the global sales teams by ensuring that key documentation was readily available with accurate and comprehensive information.
An advanced document management system
We created an intuitive web application that categorised and managed the distribution of version-controlled documentation direct to their global sales teams.
The application allows Rotork administrators to upload, track and manage the flow of vital information from a centralised resource to their network of 150 offices and representatives around the world.
The system currently manages 100 unique sales documents, distributing them to over 250 sales staff worldwide.

Our solution has also reduced the overhead on Rotork’s IT infrastructure, eliminating the need for individual emails and attachments to each of the 250 sales team.
